Wanted USF got UM

The Frame was fine. It just wasn't the one I ordered. I ordered a Frame for my son's University of South Florida 11X14 diploma. You sent me a University of Miami frame for a 8x11 diploma. Not only was the matting the wrong size. It was the wrong school.
