Nongshim Soon Veggie Vegan Ramen Noodle Soup, 3.95oz, 10 Count Pack

I enjoy this flavor very much, but not everyone in my home does. If you like umami flavor, I recommend this veggie flavor, otherwise, don't get it. The noodles are thicker than other noodles, like Nissin's, %26 because of that, it did take me awhile to like them. They are much thicker than Sapporo %26 Nissin noodles.

I recently switched to a pescatarian diet. As a result, I had to give up the Nongshim Shin Ramyun Spicy Beef Ramen Noodle Soup although I still craved ramen from time to time. This kept popping up on my suggestions so I decided after reading the reviews to give it a try. To me, this is better than the cheaper brands of ramen because the texture is not too soft, nor chewy. This also had a bit of a kick to it, but not too spicy. I did add 2 boiled eggs for protein (I was really hungry this day). To me, spending about $1 per pack beats spending $15 for ramen at a restaurant. I'd recommend adding your own toppings to get more of a restaurant experience though. Keep in mind sodium in most ramen is on the higher side. Still, it's a great substitute when you don't feel like cooking. As a busy mom of 3 this fits our needs perfectly.
