Absolutely the worst online purchase experience I ever had. Item arrived broken and unusable. I paid $129.59 for it. Walmart forced me to deal with the seller (numerous times), and wouldn't help me directly. Seller first offered me a $12 refund!! Unbelievable! Then upped it to $60 the next day after I complained again. I spent many hours on email with the seller and Walmart. Walmart did nothing except forward my complaints to the seller. That's what I am most upset about. Eventually, the seller told me to send it back, but with no information about how to do so, such as a return code (like Amazon) or even agreeing to let me bring it back to a Walmart store. After more complaints, they finally relented and are sending me a replacement. I am furious at this horrible supplier, and even more furious at Walmart for "washing their hands" of the whole thing and not stepping in to assist me with this nightmare by continuing to send my complaints to the seller and not dealing with me directly. Walmart needs to stand by the products they sell online and not just pretend they have no responsibility when things go wrong. This situation makes me far less likely to ever buy from Walmart on line again.
