A perfect addition!

This was very quick and easy to assemble. It's sturdy and looks great in our kitchen. We assembled the drawer 1st as some reviews suggested but I don't think it matters. The drawer not sitting right at 1st was corrected by loosening an overtightened screw. Just the piece we wanted to gain some extra countertop workspace.

Solid and good value

Assembly was pretty simple, as furniture goes. The wood looks and feels like solid wood, not MDF or particleboard to the best of my knowledge (not an expert). The top feels very solid. As a test, I first assembled it without the shelves or drawer because I was considering placing a trash/recycling bin under it rather than shelves/drawer It was slightly less stable that way, but I think it would have worked. I decided I didn't like the alternate look and then assembled it the proper way, which is stable. For a solid wood piece of furniture of this size, the value ($86 plus tax) was frankly amazing. I'm very pleased with it. I wanted a wooden counter top that wasn't that wide because I have a small space and only planned on putting a (large) air fryer on it, and it works perfectly for that.
