Headboard poorly made/No QC

The product is great, however the headboard arrived cracked at the top corner, also the panel wasn't built correctly so there's a gap between the crown molding at the top and the actual back panel. This damage wasn't due to shipping, it was the way it was built. There was definitely no QC on this item before leaving the factory! The headboard was poorly made, but the rest was perfect! Wish I could just get the headboard replaced, versus returning the entire bed. It's very heavy! Thank you
