Good replacement but not as good as original

Easy install. Looks just like the old one. My only issue with this replacement is that the mirror isn't quite as clear and nice as the old one and the mirror movement is a lot more limited than the old one. Doesn't move to the top-bottom-side-side. About 60% as much as the old one used to pivot. But still pretty good for the price.
