This is a great lightweight shoe for every day running and training. I really enjoy this shoe on an intermediate outdoor run as its very lightweight but still supportive. This is not my favorite shoe in a treadmill for long distances because the toe feels thin to me and after a while on the belt starts to feel like it is pounding, however, still works great for something like a HIIT workout. I do orange theory, and for 15-30 mins on a tread this shoe is still great. In terms of sizing, i would say fits true to size for your regular running shoe. I wear a 7 or 7.5 in regular everyday shoes, but an 8 in running shoes. Ordered an 8 in these and fit great.

They are perfect for my moderately high arch and neutral stance. This new model has a fantastic feel of cushion on impact, while not being too squishy. You can feel a little boost to help your forward energy. I love it! The mesh uppers are breathable and comfortable. This is my perfect shoe for lightweight stability, support, and cushioning!
