Super fast shipping. Came in 3 boxes and well packaged. I assembled it by myself it took about 3.5 hours . Easy instructions, fairly easy to put together and install. There were two very minor chips in the wood but nothing visible or drastic. Absolutely beautiful. Many settings to choose from. Heats my living room which is about 250 square feet incredibly well.
