Horrible

We bought the ring 10/22/23, but gave it to our daughter at a ceremony yesterday, 4/14/24. The emerald, which is poor quality, FELL OUT less than 24 hours after she started wearing it. I have the protection plan, but have spent two HOURS on the phone and email, talk to some jerk in India. I was rerouted, redirected, rerouted, HUNG UP ON, and am sitting on my bed crying about the whole ordeal.
