Email seller as she doesn't check her Walmart orde

This product is not shipped out until yesterday after I contacted the seller through email because I noticed that the order was just sitting there pending. This product was needed by a certain time and it will now arrive late, 7 days later than the expected delivery date and late for my appointment. The seller indicated that she had not had a Walmart order in months so apparently she hadn't checked. I'm upset that my order will be arriving after my hair appointment now. To boot I had to pay a small order fee because of this order. Even though it's arriving late now.
