So I normally don't write reviews. However I decided this will hopefully save others. I'm a 40 D or 38DD I've had reconstructive surgery with implants. An sizing has been a problem. The chart says I'm an 16 or 18.. No I'm not, to tight, so I ordered a 20. It fits perfect and very comfortable, so I suggest size up, if you want a comfortable fit.For reference I'm 5'6” 190lbs.

Love this top!

I liked this style so much that I bought two! It fits me well, the front hides my tummy. I like that the straps are adjustable for a good fit. My only complaint is the boning on the sides digs into me. I'm going to remove it Otherwise, it is perfect! Oh, and the price was excellent.
