This hearing protector cuts an amazing amount of noise. It's the best I've ever used. It seemed too tight to get on but a WalMart employee showed me how to twist the pads so it would go on and now it seems fine.

I like these hearing protectors because they are the cheapest option for reusable hearing protectors and they do the job. I got them for college to concentrate because I always find myself plugging my ears when I can't hear myself think. I have a fish tank in my room, which is really loud when the water level gets low, and I couldn't even sleep so I got aggravated and grabbed the hearing protectors and put them on. They work so well that I can't hear the tank, but the only thing that annoys me about them is that when people are talking kind of loud, I can hear the hum of their voice, which isnt a big deal but you would think a person would talk quieter than 37 decibels and should be blocked out. Otherwise theyre great! Theyre comfortable enough that I can sleep in them, they have these metal arms attaching the earpiece to the headpiece that swivels so the ear piece can nest into the head piece and then they fit in my purse, there is room that I can fit earphones under the ear piece which was a cool discovery because the ones that transmit sound are like $20 more, one thing I would suggest is that they come in a more conspicuous color option because I'm sure I look really funny sitting in the library with very obvious construction ear protectors on =) I love these things.
