I bake sourdough bread. The full sized dutch ovens are so heavy and i keep burning myself. I baked some 500gm (1 lb) loaves in my roaster and they came out perfectly so i bought 2 of these little bean pots with lids. They are lightweight and are the perfect size for baking a 500gm loaf of sourdough!
