only had it a week but i love my new toaster. I'm old and i like 2 English muffins, my old toaster was on a 2 slice toaster, this new toaster is much faster and toast better.

Don't bother

Had high hopes for this toaster after reading some reviews, but it didn't toast evenly right from the start, and, within 3 months, one side wouldn't stay "locked" into place when lowered....returning it and searching for another!
