Bio Nutrition Garcinia Cambogia Liquid, 4 Oz

i just bought this somewhere else and happy to see it here , the same exact product less expensive. So i will be ordering; anyways im on day #4 and immediately after i too the first dose i could feel the energy , ive been getting up and doing things like never before. I have not reweigh myself but i can tell my clothes are already looser.. this product has also gotten rid of a lot of water i retain in these last 4 days. Dr. oz article says to take 1600mg. but instructions on this bottle is 500mg 2x a day or more. im fine with 1-2 times a day. i take it first thing in the morning with 2 glasses of water. Then i eat when im hungry.. usually brunch. Then around 6-7pm i take it again and if im hungry i will eat something.. the thing is by 6-7pm i can not eat more than food the size of my hand.. small portion which is a miracle for me.. so far so good! I weighed 317lbs when i started , i will be back to keep you posted. carmen

This is a great product. I put it in my water bottle I use at work with some lemon. It has a good fruity taste. You have to put it in juice or water because it tastes too strong by itself. I do feel more alert when I use this regularly and I do notice I'm a little less hungry. The only negative is the cap doesn't screw on right.
