One of the few ginseng products that has worked for me
Have tried quite a few different ginseng products with little effect. This product provides a real uplift in my energy and mood. I took 2x2 capsules on the first day but felt it was too much and have now reduced it to 2 per day before breakfast and that is doing the trick.

Good
Help for recover after a stressful training. Every time I do a speed work for my long run training, I will take 2-4 capsule. Then next day the symptoms of DOMS will be lessen. The quality of the capsule is great. The Ginseng is a good ingredient for recovery.
