If using hard candy, use only corn syrup-based candies that are made from basic ingredients to prevent burning and clogging (ingredients such as butter and starches should be avoided).(If you want a clear bubble shield that goes over top of the steel bowl to help contain/collect the cotton candy, we sell those separately, model CANDY-V003).
