Leaks and bad quality

Leaks around the top o-ring. Had to cut and coupling the pipes to replace. Now, I'll have to do it all again and hassle with a return. Expensive water is shooting out. Very low quality.

Not a happy customer

I should have order the standard backwash valve but my pool guy recommended I spend a little more and get the BW valve that has the rinse option. The first unit that was installed had a faulty gasket and after only 3 uses, the filter ran in BW mode when it wasn't supposed to. I had the gasket replaced and it did the same thing. I had a new unit installed and now it sucks in air, when the filter shuts off. Every time the filter kicks on, the house rumbles due to air in the line. I had Professional Pool & Spas come out twice to fix it but it still collects air in the lines. Can someone help? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
