Tasty in so many recipes!

Bang For Your Buck

I know that prices are different between stores, but where I live this product is normally around $0.30 per cup. This makes it even more valuable in the off-seasons. I use a cup a day for green smoothies that I drink in the morning. I also know that cooking with frozen vegetables without having them turn out wrong can be difficult, but steaming instead of boiling works well. There are also other tricks. Don't give up hope, frozen vegetables actually retain more nutrients than fresh! Try it out!
