I'm a female age 61 and this fan was easy to put up. I did it all by myself. Just have to follow the instructions carefully and when I was all done It Worked! It is also VERY quiet which my fan before was very noisy and not enough light. The thee lamps put out a lot of light and the bulbs they sent with it even worked. I like it.......

Common sense assembly. Good instructions. Perfect balance right out of the box! Uses only 66 watts on high speed. Only con is they supply 60W incandescent lamps. Way too much heat output. LEDs would have been a superior choice. I already replaced the lamps with LEDs.
