Great stethoscope...

I highly recommend this stethoscope. It is inexpensive and light weight unlike my last cardiology stethoscope. I've noticed no difference in the sounds I'm able to hear.

Couldn't do my job without it

Prior to nursing school I used a different brand stethoscope. As a graduation gift I received my Littman Master Classic 2 and I couldn't do my job without it now! I take care of a wide variety of patients that don't always have text books "sounds" when breathing or text book heart sounds. There is a significant difference when using the Littman to other brands. I will continue to use my Master Classic 2 until I have to purchase another stethoscope, and when that I happens, I will, again, choose a Littman. Thank you for making a wonderful product that lets me do my nursing job to the best of my abilities!

You can hear everything with this stethscope!

My ears aren't so great so I needed a stethoscope I could properly assess my patients with. I love this one! I hear everything and feel now confident when I'm listening.
