All of Jan & Jul sun hats provide excellent protection with UPF 50+ rated fabrics with no added chemicals. Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) is the rating measure of sun protection for fabrics. It indicates how much of sun’s UV rays can penetrate through the fabric onto your skin. A UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 percent of the UVA and UVB rays and only allows two percent (1/50th) to pass through.

We incorporated our trademarked Grow-With-Me® smart design into our adult sun hats so that you can get the perfect fit for yourself as if the hat were tailored for your head. Just toggle it on the go with the adjuster at the back.

Adjustable and Removable Chin Strap

We don’t want the wind to take your hat away, so we added a chin strap with an adjustment toggle. Removable any time if you don’t need it via clips on both sides.
