This genuine aftermarket Pentair tension band meets the quality of the original equipment it replaces, at a reasonable price, compared with retail pool equipment dealers in my town. I was not swayed by the prevalence of online “bargain” alternatives, which, when user reviews are taken into consideration, may rust, break, or fail. I would not gamble with cheaper parts that might not be safe or durable.
