The item was very poorly packed and because of the transportation the item was damaged pretty bad and pieces where missing as the package has holes in it. This item need a special packing with two boxes and insulation between boxes to protect it from damages. Also , besides the fact I sent all the pictures , the vendor use a very bad return program keeping my money for another undetermined period to check the item send by Walmart. Very bad practice . My conclusion is that the vendor is not reliable and trusted . Hope the company take this entire feedback as a constructive criticism and get in the new level of digital customer service , that will help them progress. Best Regards
