Biddeford Comfort Knit Fleece Heated Electric Blanket

I received the following item from the Spark Reviewer program and was asked to provide an unbiased product review. The Biddeford Blankets Comfort Knit Natural Sherpa Electric Heated Blanket is a well-designed blanket. I received the Queen size which measures 84” x 90”….it fits the mattress perfectly. The sides do not hang too low and the bottom has plenty to tuck under the mattress. This is a heavy blanket to start…so, you will stay very warm. The blanket is 100% polyester, the top is microplush and the underside is Sherpa style. The really nice feature of this blanket is it has two controllers, which allows each person to set their temperature. The controllers have 10 temperature settings and will automatically shut off after 10 hours. The controls plug in at the foot of the bed, another nice feature that allows the cord to be removed for washing. The blanket is machine washable. The controls have two cords…the 13 foot cord plugs into the blanket and the 6 foot cord plugs into the wall. The controller looks like a small alarm clock, designed to set on a table next to your bed. This blanket is on my daughter's bed and she loves it. She says it works great and is very warm. She has learned to set it a little lower…the first night she woke up sweating. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of this blanket. I would recommend the Biddeford Blankets Comfort Knit Natural Sherpa Electric Heated Blanket to anyone seeking a well-designed and well-made electric blanket for their sleeping needs.

I really like this electric blanket. It's super soft and so warm. I had it on setting 4 and was nice and toasty. I really like the dual controls. I also like that they automatically shut off after 10 hours. I do wish there was a way to change the shut off time. 10 hours is a REALLY long time. The only other thing I don't like is the washing instructions. It's technically machine washable, but you have to follow very specific timing and instructions. Overall, a great blanket though. Perfect if you live in a cold climate.
