Unexpected snag

Assembly went well using the numbered drawings. Unfortunately the electric plug enclosed is for Asia and not the United States. In order to operate the recliner you must have it plugged in so without an adapter, it was just a chair. I called customer service and they said I could either buy an adapter (which I did) or send the chair back (not easy!). Then I asked if I could have a small refund because I needed to buy a plug adapter, I was given a $10 coupon towards a $15 Walmart order to be used within 90 days. I bought this recliner for my elderly mother who easily learned to use the buttons.
