This has been my favorite shoe in years--so much so that I'm on my 3rd pair. My only complaint has been the liner in the heel at the top where the material touches my Achilles seems to wear out faster than expected. Otherwise this shoe is tops for comfort and stability.

GT-2000 Series: A Long-Time Favorite

I recently was fortunate to purchase the GT-2000 5 after trying the new GT-2000 6/ I've worn this series for many years and have loved every upgrade and model until the 6. It felt totally different(wider tow box?)and caused knee pain after the first run. I was very disappointed and will never wear the 6 again. Did Asics do something different with the 6? It's important that you fix the problem(s) as I've spoken with other runners who also have problems with it. Would it be possible to purchase another pair of 5's in size 12 M?
