Not as described

Item Description: "Basic plus size fishnet stockings with a stay up band." They do not have the "stay up" band (usually silicone lined). These are regular stalkings that require a garter belt to truly stay up. I bought these for the "stay up" feature and they are useless to me now... It's also annoying that I can't just return them to Wal-Mart, as it's the reason I buy from walmart.com - otherwise, I'll just order from ebay and take the same chances.
