Very poor customer service

I love my new watch. Even though it's hard to tell the time due to color background I just wish it was a different color so I could see the time. My only complaint is that I reached out to customer service to see how I could make the band size fit me better. No one ever replied. Even after sending second email. That's just bad customer service. No matter what's going on all around us

Beautiful watch!

I bought this for my fiancee as an early Christmas gift, since she's been wanting a skeleton watch for years, but didn't want one of those big bulky ones made in men's sizes. This one is a perfect size, easy to see inside of/through, no problems with functions whatsoever. It's a beautiful watch, and I would recommend it to anyone.
