Best Knife for the Price
I have a real weakness for knives and this knife exceeded all my expectations. It was a far superior knife to a similar knife that cost twice as much. Great for chopping due to the flat blade & razor sharp. I was so impressed, I purchased another one to give as a gift to my son. You can't go wrong with this Dalstrong chopping knife.

Just Awesome
I got this for my vegetables and I can’t wait to cut with it. This review so far is for the packaging, which is sexy by the way. This review is for the feel of it, which is immaculate and it feels great in your hand— just perfect. I will come update this when I cut up some veg. I’m back! Cut some veg last night and its amazingly sharp and it works just like it’s supposed to. Love it.

Weird shape that works!
I was drawn to the shape, but keep this knife because it's so useful. I use it daily for meal prep. Easy to use on vegetables (smashing garlic is simple), but great on anything midrange in size. Cantalope to porkloin, it works. If I had to choose one knife, this would probably be it.
