Our last LG washer lasted 14 years and my wife runs a home daycare business. She runs 2 to 3 loads everyday so this machine got a lot of use. The old washer was still running but sounded like a bearing was wearing out. So time for a new one. Sam's had a great price which included delivery and haul away. Everyone else wanted to charge for that. The delivery guys were excellent and everything went without a hitch.

Good washer and great delivery

We have had the washer for a month and like it. Many cycles are very fast and the clothes come out clean. It is a bit noisier than our old LG HE Top loader, but much faster and it can spin the clothes faster to get them drier. We are pleased with Sam's delivery and install. I could not find much detail on what their "delivery" included, but was pleasantly surprised that it was faster than predicted. They also installed in in my house, hooked it up, leveled it, and check that the basics were working. Nice.

Excellent Front Load Washer

Very basic! The clothes are the cleanest I have ever seen from a clothes washer. And the spin cycle has absolutely NO vibration (or noise) thanks to the trademark self balancing technology! Also, the communication with the deliverers was very good, and was done FREE!
