The picture is not the product

The picture of a complete wheel barrow is very deceiving. When you try to return it from a 3rd party who uses a non-English based country for customer service. Very hard to work with. $$$ to ship back! very dissatisfied and angery. I will never shop walmart.com again. I guess Amazon is it!
