They are absolutely too big but it's partially my fault bc I ordered a size up as my kid is in between sizes. However, they are sooo cute that I may keep them. They run a bit wide not necessarily long. My daughter is pretty average and the pants leg is baggy, which I should have anticipated given the style of the pants.
