this is a GAME CHANGER!!! I work LONG HOURS and i have been having back issue flare ups . ever since implmenting this stand to my desk/offixe area, i have been able to stand more and use a desk stair stepper i have while working, reducing my back pain anfld flare ups , while giving me capability to move and gets steps in. i would definitly recommend. i have actually already recommended this to serveral my co workers. i gpt the large one 40' and its perfevt for my q7' laptopand 32 in monitor, with the adapter to comnnect my laptop and screen. and the space for the keyboard is perfe t with space elft on the sides fpr mouse and pas and room for a cup or plate etc. extremely happy eith this investment , wish i had done it sooner
