Natrol Fast Dissolving Vitamin B12 5000 mcg Tablet
My spouse was told to take B12 5000 sublingual. I looked up the "best" brands of B12 sublingual to take and Natrol was one of the choices. He did not want to go for shots every month and this was a good alternative. The PCP said that sublingual was the only kind of B12 that would be absorbed in the body. He has no problems with this B12 by Natrol. He holds the tablet under his tongue for 30 seconds and then washes it down with water. His lab work returns at normal level of B12 now. The PCP said that as we age we sometimes do not absorb B12. Walmart is one of the few places with Natrol B12 sublingual 5,000.

Surprisingly easy to take.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many ways these make taking my vitamins easier! The first step was having the flip top opening so you can just shake one out - love that! The next is that you don't need to swallow it whole or even with water. I'm a horrible pill taker so these dissolvable tablets are perfect for me. I also enjoyed the strawberry flavor - it was normal and not medicinal like other flavored products I've had. These make taking care of yourself just a little bit easier.
