Great Umbrella except the tilt

I absolutely love the umbrella's size, color, and it seems fairly sturdy and quality for the price. However I won't give it a 5 star because in the picture it shows it tilting the long way, but the way mine is assembled it will only tilt diaganoly. It doesn not appear to be adjustable to change that Not sure if I received a defect, or if it is just represented wrong in the photo, but I was really hoping to tilt it the long way, like it appears in the photo.
