EASY PEASY, AND YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT, I PROMISE!

I was absolutely shocked the first time I tried this! I'm a cook from scratch kinda girl and to be honest, I'm not that crazy about dining out because my food is better. Except for the past nearly eight months, because of the Coronavirus of course. I'm taking NO chances with my health as well as the health of my pupper, which is why I've self-isolated for the past nearly eight months. So what do you do when you're home ALL THE TIME? I've been cooking up a storm but sometimes I just don't feel like it. Luckily, when I was restocking I spied Kikkoman Sweet and Sour in an envelope (they also make Teriyaki but I've not yet tried it)! I read the directions and I was pretty sure I could handle it. I made it with boneless chicken breast because, well, I tend to purchase a LOT of them as well as chicken wings. So I made the Sweet and Sour Chicken and it was sooo delicious I packed up the rest of it and took it to my parents house. They both flipped over it as much as I did! What you don't know is one of my specialties is Sweet and Sour chicken or Pork which I have perfected over time. But here's the deal: sometimes you're tired, or you don't feel like cooking *that much* but you still want something delicious and this is TOO EASY. I can't believe I'm saying this but this is EASY and DELISH!! And it's real food, really good food! I can't tell you about Kikkoman Teriyaki yet, but I will soon. Unless Walmart stops stocking Kikkoman's mixes, which seems a distinct possibility of late. They've stopped restocking a lot of everyday items. It's a curious situation, isn't it?

good without the chicken

Love this product. I omit the chicken as directed on the emvelope all together, and just make it with more vegetables. Then i add chicken or fish separately on the side and rice.
