I've only used this unit twice, but it's certainly up to the job. This isn't your cheap lawn spreader. Distributes a full hopper of material FAST!

Just what I needed
Very easy to assemble and did a very good job spreading salt, much better than using a small bowl to spread salt. The price I paid was $115. a good price for this product. I had purchased a commercial spreader for work, paid over $300.00 and this product was just as good.
