Just Yum. I was in the mood for curry. This was a curry paste that a blogger recommended and it did not disappoint. I didn't find it to be particularly spicy. But that's really easy to correct. And I'd rather have it less spicy and be able to add more spice versus the opposite

This curry paste can get extremely spicy if you don't know how to use it so be sure to read the label. Added to my chicken and coconut milk and of course vegetables, this paste took my dish to the next level.
