I decided to try this iron supplement after doing some research, since I've had low iron levels in the past. I chose this version because it's labeled as “gentle” and easier on the stomach. I've been taking it in the evening with vitamin C and have not experienced stomach discomfort, which is very important for me. Unlike some other iron supplements, this one doesn't cause digestive issues. It's still early to measure long-term results, but I've noticed less dizziness and I don't feel as cold as I used to. So far, I'm happy with it and plan to continue.
