Walmart scammed me

I bought this table in December because I was going to move. Now that I'm opening the boxes, it turns out they sent me the wrong order. It came with both bottom bases and (a bed backrest). What about a backrest? I called customer service and all they can say is that they are third-party sellers, meaning I bought on their app? They can't tell me that. I called customer service and they just wash their hands of the fact that I have to contact Homesquare and the phone number they have is fake. You can't call them. They don't answer their email. Did I pay $1,900 for this table? Did I pay $60 extra to insure it because it was an expensive table? And that was useless. I just want to receive what I bought and now no one gives me an answer or wants to return my money.
