Dumped by his girlfriend, 24-year-old billboard hanger Kristofferson sinks into a slump. But he is forced to come out of his depression when a twist of fate puts his video diaries in the hands of a popular television station. With his inner turmoil turned into public entertainment, Kristofferson's life seems strangely full of possibility. But in the process of becoming a minor celebrity, Kristofferson realizes that fame comes at price. While he may be comfortable exploiting his own misery and foolishness for a dollar, his friends don't necessarily feel the same way. With his pals' quirks made equally transparent on national television, Kristofferson may have some explaining to do if he wants to win his friends back.
