Great for a Black Cowboy Hat Costume Accessory. Made from a hard felt material. Had to cut the sewn in white material tag off on the edge of the rim. It would not tear off easily without ripping edge of hat. After being cut off you could see the white strip from the leftover tag at the edge. Colored it in with a black sharpie so it was not noticeable. Manufacturer should put it up inside the hat.
