as soon as a i plugged it into my pc and transferred a few photos to it stopped working immediately after. i wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt that it was possibly just a dud. they sent a replacement free of cost. it worked but required me to plug it in and out about 3-4 times every now and then for it to work.
