Sizing is not right.

I bought an extra large and I always feel my eyes are bugging out from choking. VERY uncomfortable. I am not a large person, I would hate to see a large necked person try to wear this. I placed it next to my other neck braces and it is 6 inches shorter. I sense this is a child's size extra large This company comes from China. All their sizing is ALWAYS off.
