Zbox believes in making life easy. We accept returns for a YEAR after your purchase! If your item arrived damaged, you can return it at no additional cost, and we will provide a shipping label for you. If your item arrived damaged, or not as described, but you still need the original item, you can exchange it at no additional cost, and we will provide a return shipping label. In most cases returns are free. If your return isn't a result of a Zbox error, you may return an item as long as there is no damage to the product and it’s still in clean, like-new condition. In that case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
