It's a delicious, inexpensive choice! We keep several on hand for quick lunches. We add a few mushrooms and a little mozzarella (I love cheese!) and it makes the best little pizza! The calorie count is pretty good too (less than 1000 for the entire pizza). Our favorite!

Base for taco puzza
I use this as a base for a quick taco pizza. My store does not carry this type of pizza. I put lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes , ( sometimes a few tortilla chips) and taco sauce on it and bake. Add more sauce after baking if needed. I usually buy pepperoni, but this is good for a craving.
