Perfect for the first weeks of postpartum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am postpartum with my third baby and have learned to keep these on hand for the first week or so after giving birth. They are so comfortable and provide the absorbency I need without dealing with separate disposable underwear and huge hospital pads - this basically combines the two. Also controls odors and keeps everything contained. They are breathable and comfortable enough to wear out and during the day. I am wearing an XL and it's true to size.

Super comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a must have item for your postpartum! I found it alot more secure and comfortable compared to those regular pads. I feel fresh and confident with them!!! Also, the absorbency is excellent, no leaks, no breaks. I would recommend this underwear to all of my friends and family.

Great Incontinence and Recovery Underwear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had a colon surgery and it caused both bleeding during the healing stages as well as some incontinence after the procedure. These are extremely easy to use, they are comfortable and fit well, and they hold up well for absorption of all kinds. They keep the mess inside and do not leak etc.. These are comfortable and dependable! Pun intended 😜
