Great product difficult to open

I purchase this to make sure I have for icing conditions on my driveway and sidewalk. The product is great- opening the pail to access the product is always a challenge for me

Thank you for your feedback. Here are some instructions for opening the pail direct from the pail manufacturer-- Begin to open package by breaking off tamper evident tab, Grip tear tab firmly with right hand while holding package with left hand, pull tear strip of cover horizontally to tear off, re-locate hand grip closer to package during pulling process, place hand under locking tab from cover and lift tab to disengage lid from pail, continue to disengage locking tabs in order to remove cover. The reviews were good so of course I got it at such a great price…I was a bit worried as a bunch of reviews said how hard it is to open…I did not have a problem grab the hole in the seal and pull the opposite way it peels off with ease and opened even easier! I bought two for the winter and I highly recommend this product
