CIPA Spectras Xenon H11 Blue Halogen Headlight Bulbs

I have projector headlights and the color these emit is great. It is blueish white. However, they are a little dim. With halogens, it is a tradeoff because the higher the color output, the less brightness they put off, and there's not much you can do. I am getting bright fog lights to complement these because my fogs are so yellow and dim, and hopefully this will balance out the dimmer light. If not, they were only $10 and were worth a try. Another thing to note, my package says 850 lumens for these, but the description on walmart.com and Cipa's own website says 1300. They do only seem 850.
